Happy Birthday Lao Gong!

Ed turned 30 on December 2nd. We celebrated his birthday with dessert at Pastiche. He of course had the Banana Cream Tart. The nice lady even put a candle on his tart. I didn’t have enough time until last night I made a belated birthday cake for him. This is my first time making a chiffon cake and it came out just right. I used it as layers in White Chocolate Mousse … delicious. *_^ More Photos
