Mousse, Filling and Cream Class
Following last week’s cake class, this class is all about mousse, filling and cream. In this class, we were able to do more things on our own. I’m glad to learn the molding technique which I did it all wrong before. I can’t wait to try it out at home. Never could I have imagined that making a cake takes so much work. To be good at it, it takes practice and patience. It’s the way many things are in life.
